Cost

Payment for your assessment is required on the day of your visit.

 

The price for new patients is $3,410.00 and return patients $1,630.00.  Your insurance card will be necessary for any additional medical consultations within the Duke University Health System.  If a prior corporate account has been established, your company will be invoiced based on the agreement. 

 

The Duke Executive Health Program also offers additional optional procedures.  These additional optional procedures are not included in the cost of the standard professional service.  You may review these options under Additional Options.
