We now have the capability to load your lab results as well as the Recomendations from the Fitness and Nutrition Specialists, to your Patient Portal, so you can review them online at your convenience.  If you would like to take advantage of this new function, please let us know. 

 

You can send an email to ehp@notes.duke.edu or notify your physician at the time of your visit.  Once we activate your Patient Portal we will notify you by email that you may now login.
